Quiet Hours Enforcement
10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. On-duty guard will conduct walk-throughs and issue warnings.
Parking Decal Requirement
All vehicles parked overnight must display an official owner pass or temporary guest hanging tag.
Pool Hours
Big Pool: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM | Little Pool: 9:00 AM – Sunset. No glass allowed anywhere within pool perimeter.

Mon–Thu: 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM | Fri–Sun: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Sound of the Sea is a gated community with controlled access. Please review parking assignments and towing policies below.
SOS II — Blue Lot
Units 101W – 606W — Park in the Blue Lot assigned to your unit. Always display a valid parking pass.
SOS III — Green Lot
Units 111W – 616W — Park in the Green Lot assigned to your unit. Always display a valid parking pass.

Overflow Parking Available
Overflow parking is available for guests and additional vehicles. Please use designated overflow areas only.
Towing Enforcement — Roy's Towing
Vehicles without a valid pass or parked improperly may be towed at the owner's expense by Roy's Towing (Roy's Automotive).

Sound of the Sea features gated vehicular entry and controlled-access walkways for the safety of all residents and guests.
Community Amenities
Residents and guests enjoy access to community pools, tennis courts, and private beach access via the boardwalk. Please follow posted amenity hours and rules.
Mailboxes
Cluster mailbox boxes are for owners who have acquired them. They are not generally available to guests. Please contact the Board for information about obtaining a mailbox.
