Quiet Hours & Balconies
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM daily.
• No hanging towels or laundry on balcony railings per community covenants.
• Keep outdoor speakers turned off during designated quiet hours.
Trash & Waste Disposal
• Dumpster Location: Please dispose of household trash in the dumpsters located within the fenced area across from the tennis courts.
• Walkway Courtesy: To maintain a clean and welcoming environment for everyone, trash bags should not be placed on walkways or outside unit doors.
• Oversized Items: Large or bulk items should not be left beside the dumpsters. Please haul bulk waste to the Carteret County Solid Waste facility on Firetower Road.

Community Pools
Big Pool: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Little Pool: 9:00 AM – Sunset
Pool Etiquette:
• No glass containers anywhere within pool perimeter
• Use the outdoor shower station at boardwalk entry to rinse off sand before entering hallways or pool
• Two pools located on grounds along Sound of Sea Drive
Tennis & Basketball Courts
• Two tennis courts available for residents and guests
• Basketball court on-site for recreational use
• Located along Sound of Sea Drive near pool area
• Please be courteous — limit play time when others are waiting
• Courts close at dusk; no lights available after dark
Fish Cleaning Station
• Location: Near the Little Pool in the tree line
• Available for cleaning your fresh catch from local waters
• Please clean up thoroughly after use — dispose of fish remains in dumpsters (not in regular trash)
• Rinse station provided
• Do not leave fish waste on ground or near pool areas

Unit Water Main Shutoff
In the event of a burst pipe or water emergency, you can turn off the water main for your condo by going into the utility closet inside your unit and closing the main valve.
